Pairing: Red meats, game, stews and aged cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Deep red in color with violet reflections. On the nose, it is very concentrated, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, notes of plum, raisins, and spices such as black pepper, accompanied by a touch of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it displays great volume, with sweet, rounded tannins and a refreshing acidity that balances its intensity. It is a long, persistent wine with an elegant finish.
