Thus was born The Enemy

It all started when Juan Sebastián Ortiz , Daniel Codes Llamas and Javier Gutiérrez Castillo , three friends with deep roots in Argentina and a shared passion for origin meat and signature wine, decided to open a restaurant in the heart of Madrid.

They wanted more than just a place to eat:
They wanted a place to tell their story.
Where every cut of meat, every glass, and every sauce spoke of its homeland. The restaurant's success was just the beginning.

They soon began to make their own products: homemade sauces, infused butter, and a selection of aged cuts.
The next step was inevitable: to take all of that beyond their tables.

This is how The Gourmet Enemy was born.
