Crafted with deep respect for tradition, each bottle is a journey to the heart of Mexico. Made with Espadín Agave, the heart of this mezcal is slowly cooked in conical stone ovens underground, where the agave absorbs the aromas of wood and earth that give it its distinctive smoky touch. After milling with a stone tahona and fermentation in wooden vats, the liquid is distilled in copper stills, resulting in a balanced and smooth flavor expression.
