Inspired by sherry aging and created by Master Blender David Stewart, this innovative system ensures a consistency and complexity of flavor that you won't find in any other whisky. The spirit matures in American oak casks, European sherry oak casks, and new casks. The whisky is then transferred to a large Solera Vat, a gigantic oak vat that is never emptied.
