Pairing: Ideal to accompany tasty stews, baked meats, traditional empanadas, mature cheeses, grilled red meats, roast lamb and slow-cooked dishes with herbs and spices.
Tasting Notes: It presents a deep ruby red color. On the nose, it unfolds intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as plums and raspberries, combined with floral notes, sweet spices, and a background of vanilla and cocoa imparted by its time in oak barrels. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with round and silky tannins, good acidity, and a long, persistent finish that leaves a pleasant fruity and spicy sensation.
