Tasting notes: Golden yellow in color, the nose offers aromas of citrus and unripe stone fruit, accompanied by notes of toffee and hints of pastry, especially sourdough and brioche bread. On the palate it is vertical, fresh and sharp, with vibrant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
