Pairing: Ideal to accompany red meats, Creole roasts, roast lamb, spiced stews and aged cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red in color. On the nose, it displays profound aromas of ripe black fruits, such as cassis and plums, accompanied by spicy notes, tobacco, leather, and a touch of red bell pepper typical of the variety. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with firm, polished tannins, good acidity, and a persistent finish that reflects its extended aging in oak.
