Made with Espadín agave, the heart of this mezcal is slowly cooked in conical stone ovens underground, where the agave absorbs the aromas of wood and earth that give it its distinctive smoky touch. After milling with a stone tahona and fermentation in wooden vats, the liquid is distilled in copper stills, resulting in an expression of authentic purity and flavor.
