Tasting notes: Aromas of white and citrus fruits, such as apple, pear, and grapefruit, intertwined with notes of dried fruit, honey, and a subtle touch of salinity. Delicate hints of yeast and toast are also present. This is a wine of great structure and volume, with a vibrant entry and crisp acidity. The minerality is very pronounced, contributing an intense sensation of freshness and a long finish. A wine of remarkable complexity.
