Pairing: White meats, fatty fish, salted meats, pasta or aged cheeses.
Tasting notes: Aromas of nuts such as hazelnuts and almonds are perceived, accompanied by notes of honey, beeswax, and spices. Subtle hints of baked apple and a mineral character reminiscent of chalk are also present. On the palate, it has great volume and a creamy texture, with a vibrant acidity that provides freshness. The minerality is very pronounced, lending it a saline and refined elegance.
