Tasting Notes: Golden in color with pinkish highlights, it features a fine and very elegant mousse. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, characteristic of the variety, stand out, accompanied by herbaceous notes and delicate hints of pastry, derived from its prolonged aging on lees. An expressive, well-rounded champagne with great harmony.
