Tasting notes: Golden yellow in color, the nose displays aromas of citrus and unripe stone fruit, accompanied by notes of toffee and pastry nuances, particularly sourdough and brioche bread. On the palate, it is vertical, fresh, and crisp, with vibrant acidity and a long, persistent finish.
