Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color, it displays a pronounced fruity character with a predominance of citrus, especially green apple. On the nose, there are hints of fine yeast and pastry. On the palate, the bubbles are very fine and the texture balanced, with a long and persistent finish. A dry, elegant, and precise champagne.
